Low Poly texture test
Since I had Photo Shop open and seemed to have ‘focus’, I whipped up another set of textures. This time the textures were for one of the low poly museum ships. Fittingly, the textures are low resolution to fit the ‘quality’ of the mesh.
In reality the ships will be small and distinguishable only to those who are fans of the Museum. They will be stuffed into places or props filling out the larger Museum mesh. The attached shows the finished ship. You will notice no navigation lamps, no bump maps to provide detail or other do-dads. Also, there is a bussard spike but the other is missing. I purposely did that to show the loss of detail. The small inset version is approximate scale in a finished shot. Kind of pointless to add all that detail.
